I woke up one morning knowing that I was supposed to record a CD that would be created spontaneously I knew I was supposed to enter the recording session with nothing but an open heart and mind, my Tibetan Singing Bowl and my rattle. The rest would unfold naturally.
It is my intention that the sounds on this CD will take you on an inner journey to experience whatever comfort, guidance or understanding you are in need of in the moment. So close your eyes, take a few deep, gentle breaths, and with my Love and Blessings, surrender to the sound and let it take you wherever it will.
