Healing Sound Therapy

The Healing Sound Sessions I offer today are a
culmination of 18 years of conscious spiritual delving
into the human condition, experiences in my own life
and what I have witnessed in others.

A core part of my Healing Sound Sessions utilizes
Tibetan Singing Bowls whose sounds echo the sounds
of the Cosmos. This awakens us to our connection to
the Creator Mother Herself at a cellular level.

I use Tibetan Singing Bowls in almost all my Healing Sound Sessions. The sound of the Bowls supports
you in learning to open yourself to hearing that inner
voice that speaks to you directly from Creation.

The ultimate focus of Healing Sound Sessions is
to assist you in becoming a conscious creator of your experiences through learning to sidestep the mistaken belief that you are a victim of your circumstances.

For example, disease (dis-ease) in every form is
merely a distorted image of perfection. The difficulty
in healing disease results from your seeing disease
as an outside entity/condition that needs to be
attacked and eliminated.

In truth, the process that results in true and lasting
healing is to bring back into clarity the perfection
that already exists within you. When you are standing
in front of a smudged mirror, it is not necessary to
break the mirror. You only need to gently wipe it clean
to reveal your clear image.

This is what Healing Sound does for you.

It helps you...
•  get in tune with your true self and
•  discover your own process for returning to perfection.

Sessions:

I offer Healing Sound Therapy in private sessions
and group sessions. In all cases, I use the sound
of Tibetan Singing Bowls as the anchor.

Individual:  These sessions are uniquely personal.
It is an intuitive process which unfolds as you
experience the sound and vibration of the bowl. These sessions are gentle, yet powerfully transformational.

Group:  Healing Sound Circles usually contain 8—15 people. The exact process will vary depending upon
the energy of that particular group.  Typically, we’ll
begin by playing the bowls. Then I’ll introduce toning
and we’ll explore vocalizing the sacred sounds. When
all feel comfortable toning, participants may then
choose to take turns sitting in the center of the circle.
The center person is bathed in ethereal melodies and
all leave feeling renewed in body, mind and spirit.

“My experience with Patricia was life-transforming. I gently and peacefully released long-held emotional issues that had created huge roadblocks in my life. Then, Patricia helped reveal a very special gift within me -- a tool I can use for my own, continuous healing.  I continue to use the gifts from my wonderful sound session, daily.”

Lisa M.,  Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

“My  experience with Patricia transcends language.  It was at the same time being fully present in the body and fully connected to God.   The vibrations gave sound  to those parts of me that had been isolated or unheard.”

Belinda H.,   Charlotte, NC

“Patricia created sacred space with voice and Tibetan Bowl, healing emotional pain held in my body for more than 30 years. My gratitude continues.”

Anita O., Chicago, IL

“I stood at the ocean’s edge and listened to Patricia sing into the bowl. Her voice connected me to all that is sacred and good, not only in the world, but in me.”

Marcy M., South Hill, VA

“Participants in our conference, in both the Healing Sound Circles and individual sessions, were able to release deep and profound wounds after Patricia sang. Her pure heart and voice are blessings to all who experience her."

Linda W., Olympia Fields, IL

"Patricia uses the Tibetan bowl in a Healing Sound Circle or individual healing session to complement the bowl's vibrations with additional harmonies that reflect the energies of the group or individuals she is singing to. Her voice, combined with the vibrations of the bowl, affects listeners deeply.

She shares her gifts through retreats, healing circles, and individual healing sound sessions. She also works as a singer-in-residence at retreat sites, clearing the space with sound and filling it with higher intentions and joy.”

Marcy M., Washington, DC
